Christina de la Fuente (dela) is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (Junior 1), and electronic music DJ. She has dedicated her life to balancing the reality of fast-paced modern life with healthy practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.

dela completed the Ayurveda Certificate Program with Dr. Jayagopal Parla at the University of Complimentary Medicine in Los Angeles and has since integrated Ayurveda into her existing yoga and massage practices. Her focus is on finding herbs and daily routines that help ground and rejuvenate the mind and body.

dela first developed the Mind Mix to address the prevalence of anxiety, depression, and unfocused mental energy in her community. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated these issues and motivated her to refine, standardize, and offer the formula within her network of friends. After a very successful informal run, she is now offering Mind Mix to the public.
